Please note the following information regarding our rental conditions:

  • * Our short-term rate is valid for a period of 3 hours during our opening hours. Reservations can only be made by telephone on the day of the rental.
  • We reward our regular customers! If you rent five vehicles from us within one season, you will receive the next rental free of charge. The value corresponds to the average price of the previous rentals. Take advantage of our "5 plus 1" promotion!
  • Are you planning a trip to another European country? No problem! Please let us know when you pick up the vehicle.
  • Our promotion for new drivers is valid from Monday to Thursday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • The minimum age for renting vehicles with more than 140 HP is 24 years.
  • If you do not have a verifiable residence in Germany, a deposit is required.
  • Our daily rate (24h) is only valid from Monday to Friday.
  • Our rates have no mileage limit except for long-term rentals and Class 9 vehicles.
  • When renting accessories, a deposit must be paid in cash or by debit card.

Have you found the right vehicle with us?

Contact the customer advisor displayed by phone or email.

Your customer advisor will send you the purchase contract (if applicable, financing documents) by e-mail.

As soon as we have the financing documents, the purchase price and the signed purchase contract, we will send you the vehicle registration document and the necessary registration documents by post.

Your desired bike will be delivered by our logistics team by appointment - after that you are ready for the first tour with your new bike.

How will my new motorcycle get to me?Fold in/out

Deliveries are made directly by our own employees. The keys and all documents will be handed over to you by our driver on site. We usually need 3 to 12 working days for delivery. We will coordinate the delivery date with you in advance by telephone or e-mail.
Can I trade in my current motorcycle?Fold in/out

The trade-in of your vehicle is possible. Just ask your seller about it. If you want to sell your vehicle but are not interested in a new one, contact our purchasing team. You can reach them on Tel.: 0711/797303-35 or use our purchase form to receive a binding offer.
Are license plates possible for you when registering?Fold in/out

If you wish, you can have your motorcycle fully registered with us, including your license plate number. Together we can choose and reserve your desired number plate in our house, by telephone or online.
Do I have to come to you for service during the warranty period?Fold in/out

You can have service work carried out by any authorized dealer during the manufacturer's warranty. Even if you take out our XXL premium guarantee or lifetime guarantee , you can have the maintenance carried out at another workshop.
